Glossy light chocolate brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. No notable roughness, just a small planchet flake at the rim over the first C in CONNEC and a tiny chip in the field off the end of the nose. The obverse is evenly struck and nicely centered on the planchet but the lower right part of the reverse is weak and that side is off center to K-4.5. The date is partial and quite faint, essentially gone. A variety not represented in the Ford collection. Weight 152.4 grains.
