The steel brown toning on the obverse is delicately speckled but there are no carbon spots or contact marks on either side. M-LDS, die state c. The earlier die lines at the inner curl are gone but the reverse is uncracked. Nicely struck with full radial lines in all the stars, but the leaves under UN are softly struck.
