An ET LIR variety. Frosty medium brown and light chocolate. Mint frost shows in the protected areas, particularly on the reverse. There is a significant planchet void behind the head and a smaller one at the top of the shield. Otherwise just the usual chipping on the head and in the opposing area at the bottom of the reverse. No verdigris or contact marks, only light friction on the highpoints. Struck slightly off center to K-1 leaving the lower half of the date off the planchet. Late die state with die rust, cracks, and significant swelling, especially before the head of the seated figure. Weight 145.3 grains.
