Sharpness VF20, perhaps even better where the devices were properly struck, but the planchet is covered with fine porosity. No contact marks, just a bit of very shallow reddish verdigris at UN in UNUM. Tan and light brown blending to darker olive in protected areas. The date is clear as is most of the legend. Late die state with swelling on the right edge of the obverse and obvious failure at RIBUS and UM. Weight 130.0 grains.

Ex Henry Garrett 3/1992-Steven L. Tanenbaum
