Very attractive glossy medium brown and light olive. Mostly smooth but there is minor chipping hidden in the hair with more at the bottom of the neck and on the shield. The only mark is a minor planchet clip at the shoulder and a tiny void on the rim over the star above the back of the head. A thin planchet cutter impression follows just inside the rim over NNEC to the shoulder. Strong die clashmarks show in the field before the portrait. The reverse is off a bit to the top leaving the top of the head of the seated figure off the planchet but the date is full and bold. A piece with great color and eye appeal. Weight 113.4 grains.
