Considerably sharper but the obverse is eroded and both sides are covered with fine roughness under rather glossy dark steel and olive brown toning. No verdigris. The only marks are a minor rim bruise just right of the date and a pair of thin nicks under the left elbow of the seated figure. The date and legends are complete and strong. Early die state before any swelling on the reverse. Weight 138.5 grains.
