Obverse Brockage
Slightly sharper but there are traces of greenish verdigris on the obverse, mostly in the field off the forehead. The planchet is mostly smooth but there are a few shallow fissures including one at the throat, another on the shoulder, and a small one on the shoulder of the incuse impression (as struck). Glossy mottled mix of browns ranging from light to darker olive. An obverse brockage strike positioned very slightly off center to K-5. There is no rotation between the normal and incuse impressions. A very nice example of this type of mint error. Weight 123.9 grains.
